Today’s book birthday celebration is really important to me. It’s not just two books I love, but two books that have really touched my heart. My close friend, A. W. Frasier, and I have decided to both release the first chapters of our books today!
SPIRITS AND CROWNS
I’ve had the privilege of reading the first chapter of Spirits and Crowns, and I know you won’t be disappointed. A. W. Frasier writes amazing books, and this one is no different! It’s an awesome new adult, dark fantasy with hints of romance and adventure, and it’s LGBTQ+!
Alvina was supposed to be queen. Supposed to. But when her coronation was abruptly stopped by an explosion, she has to flee the country she called home. Missing an arm, a throne and half her sanity, Alvina has to find a way to get back to Andaheim, before the rebels drive her brother to an early grave.
Quinn was just a bastard. But now with his sister Alvina’s supposed passing, he has to be the king he never wanted to be. Struggling with catching up on politics, wanting to be a good king and not losing himself in the process, he has to figure out what’s more important: his own integrity or his country.

Living with vampires is all human Siggi has ever known. Adopted by the Stuarts, the royal family of Luxtera, she thought she wanted to become one too. On the night of her transition, she learns they only wanted her for the magic dormant within her blood. Magic that might have the power to tip the balance in the rivalry between Luxtera and the nation of Myrkria.
When the Stuarts become violent, Siggi magically binds herself to Eirik, a man from Myrkria who she doesn’t know if she can trust. As she struggles to understand her power, he opens her eyes to the truth behind Luxtera – a truth as terrifying as the bind itself.
She must learn to trust herself, and decipher whether what she feels toward Eirik is from their bond or something more. If she isn’t careful, the slightest mistake could
